All orders possible are shipped
daily. Shipping charges will be calculated in your cart and at the checkout based
on the weight of your order. Royal Mail 2nd Class is available for all orders
weighing less than 1kg, Royal Mail 1st Class is available for all orders under
2kg, then above 2kg orders must be shipped by courier. For orders up to 2kg, we use
Royal Mail's scale of charges starting at £0.69+VAT for 2nd Class post and £0.86+VAT
for 1st Class post. For orders from 2 - 5kg, express courier delivery at £5.75+VAT is
applicable, and for orders between 5kg and 10kg, a standard courier charge of
£7.00+VAT will be added.
Delivery Schedule
We understand
that delivery time is of the utmost importance. All possible orders are shipped
daily. You should expect to wait 1 - 3 days for 1st Class Postage, 2 - 7 days
for 2nd Class and 1 - 3 days for courier delivery. In the event of an item being
out of stock we will notify you if we are unlikely to meet our stated delivery
schedule. Our same day despatch target applies to orders placed before 3pm Monday
to Friday.
